Our Energy Efficiency Division boasts significant expertise in the efficient production and use of energy, guaranteeing remarkable cost cuts by efficiently managing all energy-related stages, including energy production, distribution, management, purchasing on behalf of third parties, and monitoring.

KWH-Based Energy Service

Besides our “Standard” package – which includes implementation and “full service” maintenance for systems and machinery, with investment and operating costs being shouldered by Customers – our Division also offers a “kWh-based energy leasing” solution, envisaging full coverage of investment and “full-service” maintenance costs by Convert Italia that, in this case, operates as an Energy Service Company.

This solution guarantees supplying customers with electrical, thermal, and/or cooling electricity at lower rates compared to the ones they were previously paying.  This is possible thanks to the low energy consumption and saving allowed by the system, and the absorption of investment and operating costs.

In particular, Convert Italia designs, installs, operates, and at times finances – through Project Financing – installations and systems powered by renewable energy sources (including photovoltaics, thermal solar, and biomass) and fossil fuels (such as natural gas, diesel oil, and LPG), in order to maximise energy saving, sharing the same goals as its customers.

As Convert Italia will only make a return on the system if the latter is performing (with this guaranteeing a discount on the rates applied) and efficient (produces the kWhs required to pay back the investment), customers are guaranteed the best design solutions in terms of equipment and power.  This way, a partnership is established between Convert and its Customers – who share the same goals – which is the basis for a fruitful and long-lasting business relation.
